During October 2024, the team at Hereford Medical Group have completed the following:

- 18,336 Prescription Requests
- 11,890 Online Medical Requests
- 2,520 Telephone Appointments
- 20,446 Face to Face Appointments
And unfortunately, the practice has had a staggering 1,121 appointments missed that could have been appropriately cancelled and offered to other patients in need of them.
