Patient Announcement: Changes to Branch Opening Hours
From 14th April 2025, all our branch sites will close for lunch from 1pm-2pm each day. This will include Quay House Medical Centre, Bobblestock Surgery and South Wye Medical Centre. Station Medical Centre will remain open all day. Our online consultation forms and telephone lines will also remain open throughout the day.
Why are we making this change?
- To ensure branches remain open at all other times, avoiding unexpected closures due to staff shortages.
2. To provide consistent opening hours across all sites.
3. To better support our reception teams and maintain high-quality service.
4. To align with the Dental Access Centre (South Wye Medical Centre) and Rowlands Pharmacy, Westfaling (Quay House), who also close from 1pm-2pm.
New Opening Hours
Station Medical Centre – 8am – 6:30pm (no lunchtime closure)
Bobblestock Surgery – 8am-1pm & 2pm-6pm
South Wye Medical Centre – 8am-1pm & 2pm-6pm
Quay House Medical Centre – 8am-1pm & 2pm-6pm
