Excellent Customer Service

I came in asking for help with the NHS app as a blind person as I had registration problems. The lady I spoke to at reception was absolutely superb, she went out of her way to help me sort out my issue and her attitude was spot on. I now have full use of both the web site and the NHS app thanks to this lovely lady, she gets a huge thumbs-up from me and I would be grateful if you could please pass this on to her. Thanks you so much from me and guide dog Crumble.

excellent service, much improved on the past

After sending a request through the Patient Access website I received a call back from a receptionist within a couple of hours and then a call back from a doctor within 5 hours which was excellent and the doctor was kind, polite and helpful.

Great service

Telephoned to request a consultation with concerns regarding a lump in my breast. Telephone consultation later that day with referral to the breast clinic. Appointment at HCH within 1 week. Brilliant service. Thank you

Moorfield house

Having been requested to immediately attend Moorfield Surgery following a call relating too a "fast heart rate". I was quickly seen by a practice nurse who immediately assessed my situation following consultation with the doctor to be reactionary to pills id been given for a separate complaint. Having reassured me that my complaint was not dire, blood samples were taken as for further testing. All tests proved negative and i was deemed fit and healthy enabling me to conclude my experience feeling , relieved comforted and with a renewed sense optimism for the NHS. My sincerest gratitude to the doctors and associated staff.
