excellent service, much improved on the past
After sending a request through the Patient Access website I received a call back from a receptionist within a couple of hours and then a call back from a doctor within 5 hours which was excellent and the doctor was kind, polite and helpful.

Telephoned to request a consultation with concerns regarding a lump in my breast. Telephone consultation later that day with referral to the breast clinic. Appointment at HCH within 1 week. Brilliant service. Thank you
