Hereford Medical Group phone lines experience exceptionally high demand between 8.00am and 11.00am. If your phone call is not urgent we advise you to call outside of these hours.
If you wish to, you can now use the internet to book appointments with a GP and request repeat prescriptions for any medications you take regularly. You can also still use the telephone or call in to the surgery for any of these services as well.
Being able to see your record online might help you to manage your medical conditions. It also means that you can access it from anywhere in the world should you require medical treatment on holiday.
The services is open 24/7/365 and can be accessed from your home PC, Tablet or Mobile phone.
Hereford Medical Group patients can now view lab results online. Please contact Hereford Medical Group if you would like this feature enabled.
Ordering repeat prescriptions.
Please note that you can call into any of the Hereford Medical Group locations to drop in an order for a repeat prescription. It does not need to be the location that you were originally registered at.
