*Update* - We have been notified by our phone provider that there has been a major system outage, which has not only affected Hereford Medical Group, that has caused our phone lines to be down and they aim for this issue to be resolved as quickly as possible.

 *Update 17:00* Our phone lines are now working. However, the phone provider has said we may experience intermittent issues with the phone lines. Thank you for your patience and understanding today. We will update our website and Facebook page tomorrow morning with any relevant information.                   

Hereford Medical Group phone lines experience exceptionally high demand between 8.00am and 11.00am. If your phone call is not urgent we advise you to call outside of these hours.

If you wish to, you can now use the internet to book appointments with a GP and request repeat prescriptions for any medications you take regularly. You can also still use the telephone or call in to the surgery for any of these services as well. 

Being able to see your record online might help you to manage your medical conditions. It also means that you can access it from anywhere in the world should you require medical treatment on holiday. 

The services is open 24/7/365 and can be accessed from your home PC, Tablet or Mobile phone.

Please note that you can call into any of the Hereford Medical Group locations to drop in an order for a repeat prescription.  It does not need to be the location that you were originally registered at.
