During July 2024, the team at Hereford Medical Group have completed the following:

- 16,448 Prescription Requests
- 5,942 Online Medical Requests
- 2,456 Telephone Appointments
- 12,208 Face to Face Appointments
And unfortunately, the practice has had a staggering 1,174 appointments missed that could have been appropriately cancelled and offered to other patients in need of them.
