Patient Satisfaction Sees Significant Rise in 2025 National Survey
Hereford Medical Group is pleased to share the positive results from the 2025 National GP Patient Survey, which show that overall patient satisfaction has increased to 71% — an 18 percentage point improvement since last year.
This result reflects the feedback we have been gathering from our own internal surveys, which capture the views of around 900 patients every month. Together, the data confirms that the changes and improvements made at HMG over the past few years are having a real impact for patients.
We know that there is still more to be done, and we remain focused on listening, learning, and evolving our service to meet the needs of our community.
