 If Option 2 is selected:

Option 1 – Check or Cancel Appointment

Option 3 – Update Contact Details

Option 4 – Virtual Receptionist

Option 5 – Reception

Option 6 – Medication Query Line (Open from 12.30pm – 5.00pm – Please note that we do not accept prescription requests over the telephone.)

Non-urgent advice: Extended Access

We are able to offer appointments at evenings and weekends via our GP Federation, Taurus Healthcare.

These are available at 8 hubs across the county, including our Station Medical Centre site. Please ask our reception team for more information or to book you in.

Herefordshire General Practice aims to provide 24/7 access to General Practice. Although you may not be seen at your evening or weekend appointment by your usual healthcare team, we all use the same computer system. This means that (with your permission) all healthcare practitioners can access and add to your records.

Find full details on the sites available on the Herefordshire General Practice website

Non-urgent advice: Ways to Contact us

Our preferred method is online but you can still contact us via telephone, face to face in the practice.

111 is the NHS non-emergency number. It’s fast, easy and free. Call 111 and speak to a highly trained adviser, supported by healthcare professionals. They will ask you a series of questions to assess your symptoms and immediately direct you to the best medical care for you.

NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones.

In case of a life-threatening emergency, please dial 999.
