All GP Practices are required to declare the mean earnings (i.e. average pay) for GPs working to deliver NHS services to patients at each Practice. The average pay for GPs working at Hereford Medical Group in the financial year ended 31 March 2022 was £74,052 before the deduction of employees’ superannuation contributions, tax and national insurance. This is the average pay for eight full-time GPs, 21 part-time GPs and four part-time Locums who worked in the Practice for more than six months during that year.
