If you wish to, you can now use the internet to book appointments with a GP and request repeat prescriptions for any medications you take regularly. You can also still use the telephone or call in to the surgery for any of these services as well.
You can use online services 24/7/365 and these can be accessed from your home PC, Tablet or Mobile phone.
Please note that some national NHS systems may not have 'caught up' with our name change. Therefore, if Hereford Medical Group is not showing as an option, please select 'Moorfield House Surgery'.
You may have had access to other services when registered with online access before 1st July 2018. Please contact Hereford Medical Group if you have any questions about online access.

Access to your full medical records will be avaliable in future, in line with NHS England guidance.
Hereford Medical Group patients can now submit health queries 24 hours a day, seven days a week via Online Consult. It's easy to use and provides an alternative option to phoning the surgery. You can complete an online form detailing your symptoms which a member of our team will review within one working day (please remember we are not open after 6pm, weekends and bank holidays).
