New drug available for breast cancer treatment
NHS England recently announced the availability of the drug Anastrozole as a preventative treatment for those with a family history of breast cancer.
If you feel that you may be eligible to receive this drug, please complete this form and send it direct to the Genetics Unit in Birmingham (WMFACS, Clinical Genetics Unit, Birmingham Women’s Hospital, Edgbaston, Birmingham B15 2TG). They will then assess whether Anastrozole will be suitable for you and will respond to you direct.
